Over the summer of 2009 the main page when you login has changed. The you build classes has changed as well. Educational Networks has provided a video for you on how to set up classes. You will find a link for it at the top of the page. On the left hand side of the page is a list of links to different items you have the ability to add. Most of them are pretty self explanatory. We'll cover them below.

The links are separated by horizontal lines that separate them into different sections. At the top is the Home icon which takes you back to the above page from wherever you are on the site. My Account lets you make changes to your personal information, login, password, phone number, email, etc. The other My links take you to all the webpages, classes, albums and links that you have created.

The next section relates to general pages for the website. News, Calendars, Photo Album, Bulletin Board and Links relate to the corresponding sections as found on the websites home page. Use discretion when adding items to these pages, for example your homework assignments are not news and should be assigned in the homework section of your class page. The Bulletin Board is a semi-permanent news section where the items do not fade away with time. This is also not a place to post information about your class but instead information about the school that we want seen for longer periods of time.

File Manager links to the area in the website where you upload or download particular files to your site. You can also organize these files within File manager.

Remember to always click Save when finished making edits so that the site saves your changes.

If you come across a problem with the website or have a general question about the website feel free to contact Educational Networks Technical Support located at the bottom of the page. The school Techco can help you setup your site and show you how to use the tools provided but he/she cannot do major changes to the site. In order to take care of this the Educational Networks people have a very helpful Tech Support area. We pay a good sum for the site and part of that is for Tech Support. You can call them at the provided number but faster service is done with creating a ticket through email. They usually respond within a day and can solve the problem just as quick.

At the bottom of the page is a link to their teacher tutorial. You can also find that here.
